What are the stores I can shop?

We have no restriction to stores you can shop in the US and UK, as long as they have a reliable online presence where you would prefer to shop by yourself, however, for a store you are not sure of the reliability, kindly contact E-Stores via mail for confirmation. In such cases, kindly also make use of our third party purchase.

What is third party purchase?
Our third party purchase process demands that the purchase will be handled by us (Empery Global stores).

How does it work?
Fill the custom order form, and submit. A quote will be sent to you within 5hrs – 48hrs based on your custom order request with the total cost of purchase. At your acceptance and payment in full, and proceed with the purchase, E-stores will order your items, after which a notification will be sent to you, confirming your procurement. Once your order has been confirmed, an order confirmation is sent to you with details of your order delivery.

What are my shipping options?

Air Freight

We provide OPTIONS

Standard deliveries on international shipping solutions. 10 – 20 Days from the date of order confirmation.

Express deliveries on international shipping solutions. 5 – 12 Days from the date of order confirmation. This however, is offered with purchases from the UK stores.

Ocean Freight

We offer reliable sea freight services of leading sea freight carriers. 30 – 40 Days from the date of order confirmation.

Export services

Our services include exports of domestic products, excluding easily perishable goods.

What are my shipping charges?

Shipping Charge $7 per kg – UK & USA. For orders from China, Please contact us. Handling charges $10-20 depending on the store.

The prices to ship LCD’S and PLASMA’S varies. Quote will be made available at your request. LCD’S and Plasma’s are specially packed for safe shipment to Nigeria, this is also a mandatory requirement of the Airline. All shipment are subject to cargo handling fee.

PLEASE NOTE:
Volumetric Weight

Large items with very little weight will occupy more space hence In these cases, Volumetric Weight, or dimensional (Dim) weight, is used to calculate the shipment cost.

The international volumetric weight is calculated using the formula: Length x Width x Height in (centimeters) divided by 6000 = Volumetric Weight in kilograms.

It is advised that you calculate the Volumetric Weight for every shipment that you send, then compare this to its actual weight. The greater weight of the two is used to calculate the price.

Commercial goods

Our Prices quoted. Commercial goods are subject to a correct duty payment depending on what the appropriate %(percentage) of duty is imposed by the authority/custom. Such duty will be passed to consignee/consignor whichever is applicable for payment.

What are the acceptable payment types?

Local payments and delivery for global shopping

We accept local payments types allowing you to buy from US/UK sites with local currency or FX, locally issued cards and payment methods.

You can only pay for Products using a debit card or credit card or other payment method in each case which is approved by us. No special credit card is necessary! You can fund your purchases by paying into our company account via various means such as bank deposits, or your local issued Debit Card to make purchases.

Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges are due in Nigeria Naira, US Dollars or UK Pounds Sterling in advance, unless otherwise stated. Any currency conversions shall be carried out by your own bank at your cost.

What items have restricted shipping?

Due to the international shipping standards, we may be unable to ship

  • Compressed Gas products like Aerosol cans (spray cans)
  • Prescription medications, including dental & veterinary
  • Prescription medical devices
  • Medical devices not FDA-approved
  • Prohormones, Human Growth Hormones, stem cell treatments, steroids or synthetic versions
  • The following items that are not labelled in English, or without FDA-approved labelling requirements:
    • Non-prescription medications
    • Dietary supplements
    • Cosmetics
    • Food
  • Any food, supplement, drug or cosmetic that has been issued a Consumer Safety Advisory Warning
  • Perishable products of any kind
  • Lab reagents, biologics, cultures, medical specimens
  • Poisonous substances

  • Explosives, fireworks, gun powder, flares or matches

How do I track my order?

Order updates will be emailed to you. ‘Order Status’ will show the stage at which your order is:

Open: Your order has been submitted
Processing: Order has been processed and your account debited
Confirmed: We have received a confirmation from the issuing store
Dispatched: Your order has been received at our facility
Shipped: Your order has been shipped and is en route
Cleared custom: Your order has been cleared from custom
Preparing for delivery: Order is currently being prepared to be delivered.
Complete: order has been received by Customer
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled
Contact Us: Please contact us, there is a problem with your order

Where can I pick my items?

E-Store offers door to door delivery. Your orders are delivered to your door step by our local courier/logistics partners.

Can I return a product?

Unless the Product is faulty or not as described, otherwise, you will be responsible for the full cost of returning the Product to us and to the store.
